Warranty Policy

At Decoronto Inc., we prioritize delivering high-quality, reliable products. To provide assurance in your purchase, our warranty policy offers protection against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Below is an outline of our warranty terms.

Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: All products are covered by a one (1) year non-transferable warranty starting from the date of delivery or pick-up, unless stated otherwise.
  • Specific Cases:
    • Liquidation or final sale items have a thirty (30) day non-transferable warranty.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.

What Is Covered

Our warranty applies exclusively to defects in manufacturing and materials. If an issue arises under normal usage, we will address it through one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement parts at no cost 
  • Partial or full refunds
  • Product exchanges or returns

What Is Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Includes, but is not limited to, scratches, discoloration, fabric pilling, stains, or material shrinkage.
  • Misuse or Improper Use: Using items contrary to their intended purpose, such as standing on chairs, jumping on beds, or using indoor furniture outdoors.
  • Assembly Issues: Damage caused by incorrect assembly or mishandling of components. Please inspect all parts and hardware before assembly. Claims for missing or defective parts must be submitted prior to assembly.
  • Alterations or Modifications: Any changes to the product’s original design void the warranty.
  • Cleaning Damage: Issues caused by improper cleaning techniques or harsh chemicals.
  • Consequential or Incidental Damage: Examples include scratched floors or loss of personal belongings.

Filing a Warranty Claim

We understand that issues may occasionally occur. If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. To help us process your claim efficiently:

  • Provide clear photos of the product from various angles. If the packaging shows signs of damage, include photos of it as well.
  • If photos are insufficient to explain the issue, you may send us a short video.

Additional Information

  • Warranties are non-transferable and do not apply to resold items.
  • Warranty coverage is valid only when products are used as intended and under normal conditions.
  • Products used in environments outside their intended purpose are excluded from warranty coverage.
