At Decoronto, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage

Case Goods (e.g., tables, storage units): 1-year limited warranty

Seating Products (e.g., chairs, stools): 6-month limited warranty
- Bathroom Vanities: 6-month limited warranty
The warranty period begins on the invoice date provided to the original purchaser.
What’s Covered Under This Warranty
Under this 1-Year Limited Warranty, Decoronto may, at its sole discretion, offer the following resolutions based on the nature of the issue and availability of parts or products:

Touch-Up Kits or Replacement Parts
For minor cosmetic issues, we may provide limited touch-up paint or other small replacement components, depending on availability. -
Repairs or Repair Credits
If repairable, we may offer to cover the cost of minor repairs or issue a credit toward repair services. -
Partial Refund or Store Credit
For select issues that don’t qualify for full replacement, we may offer a partial refund or store credit toward a future purchase. -
Full Replacement or Store Credit
If the item is deemed defective and cannot be repaired or replaced with the same model, we may offer a store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
Please note: availability of parts, finishes, and styles may vary over time, and full replacements may not always be possible.
Eligibility & Limitations
This warranty applies only to residential use. Products used in commercial or non-residential environments must be disclosed before purchase to determine eligibility for coverage.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect

Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

Damage from exposure to the elements, moisture, corrosion, fire, or acts of nature

Products sold "AS IS", "floor models", or items marked "final sale"
Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable without written approval from Decoronto.
Claim Process
All warranty claims must follow our official Returns and Claims process. Claims must include:

Proof of purchase (invoice)

Photos and description of the issue

Evidence of appropriate use and care
We reserve the right to assess the product before determining warranty eligibility. Warranty claims are limited to repair, replacement, or credit excluding transportation or delivery costs.
