Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Decoronto, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your item, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery—subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be in new, unused condition

Must be in its original packaging, including all parts, tags, and manuals

Must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at info@decoronto.ca. We will provide return authorization and detailed shipping instructions.
🚫 Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Decoronto will cover the return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund
We can assist with freight or courier return shipping at discounted rates, or you may arrange your own. All returns must be shipped using a trackable service.
🛑 If the returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours to info@decoronto.ca Include:

We'll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly, whether by replacement, repair, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs (both return and replacement) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Our team will coordinate the pickup and delivery times for your convenience
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance, final sale, “AS IS,” or floor model products
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment can be canceled free of charge

Orders canceled after shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee plus applicable return shipping charges
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the refund approval status.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction

Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased goes on sale, you're eligible for a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase date.
Applies only to identical items and in accordance with any promotional limits.
Helpful Tips for Large Item Returns

Keep all packaging materials, including the pallet and strapping, for at least 30 days after delivery. This includes boxes, foam, protective wrap, and internal support. These are required for safe and accepted returns.

If returning via freight (LTL), ensure someone is present at the pickup location to sign paperwork and oversee the collection.

Properly secure and wrap the item to avoid damage during transport. Reuse the original pallet, straps, and stretch wrap when possible.
