At Decoronto, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and transparent as possible. Our shipping process is designed to be fast, reliable, and free of hidden surprises.


Where We Ship

We ship to all provinces across Canada, with the exception of the northern territories:

We do not currently ship to:

  • Yukon

  • Northwest Territories

  • Nunavut

For all other Canadian addresses, shipping is available and calculated based on your region.


Shipping Rates

  • FREE Shipping across canada on orders over $499


No Surprise Fees – Guaranteed

There are no hidden duties, customs fees, or brokerage charges—what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. Our goal is to keep your buying experience simple, transparent, and stress-free.


Large Item & Freight Deliveries

  • Large items shipped on pallets or skids will be delivered Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (local time)

  • Curbside Delivery Only: This means the driver will drop off the item at the nearest safe spot on your property.
    In-home delivery is not available

If you are receiving a large item, please be prepared to assist or arrange help for moving the item from the curb.


Lead Times

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days

  • If there is a delay or backorder, our team will contact you promptly to confirm next steps


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details.

You can track your shipment in the following ways:
