Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Here’s what to expect:

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

If an item is out of stock or marked as a pre-order, our team will contact you directly to confirm whether you’d like to proceed with the order or explore other options.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

At this time, we do not offer in-home delivery. Orders are delivered to your driveway or inside your garage only, depending on accessibility.

We use third-party shipping carriers, and their standard service does not include bringing items inside your home or apartment.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and assist with moving the item inside if needed. If you require special delivery arrangements, feel free to contact us, we’ll do our best to assist or provide guidance.

Some of our products come pre-assembled, while others require assembly upon delivery.
